Where is your Yoga Center located?
Shriram Yog Prashikshan & Anusandhan Society is located at Vishwa Chandra Palace in Rishikesh which stands close to the banks of River Ganga. Rishikesh is located in the North Indian state of Uttarakhand and is surrounded by Himalayan hills.
Do I Need Any Prior Yoga Experience?
No! Absolute beginners are encouraged to come and we do not require any previous knowledge of yoga to join our courses and retreats.
What about the food?
Yogic food will be provided during the training course. You will be served daily vegetarian meals, detox juices, and herbal teas. Shriram Yog Prashikshan & Anusandhan Society care about hygiene, nutrition, and quality of food.
What Do I Wear To Class?
Clothes that are comfortable and don’t restrict your body movement during the Yoga practice.
Is There A Set Class Schedule?
Yes, each training course has its own daily program schedule.
What Do I Bring To Class?
Bring water to stay hydrated, a yoga mat and a towel.
I Have A Medical Condition Or Injure. Can I Still Participate In Class?
It is always appropriate to talk to the instructor about any existing physical conditions and concerns you have about them. If you are under a doctor’s care for an acute situation, please be sure to discuss taking yoga classes with him or her.

What is the Yoga Teacher Training program?

To enroll in the 300-hour program, you must have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from a recognized institution. The 500-hour program is open to those who have completed both the 200-hour and 300-hour programs.
Are the programs accredited?
Yes, all our Yoga Teacher Training programs are accredited by Yoga Alliance (USA), ensuring adherence to high educational standards in yoga training.
How long do the programs last?
The duration of our programs varies:
- 200-Hour: Typically offered over 3 to 4 weeks.
- 300-Hour: Usually conducted over 4 to 5 weeks.
